#TechLawHub is a space created for entrepreneurs, industry professionals and Tech companies to make connections, gain insight, grow networks and secure investment for Tech businesses of all sizes.
We host quarterly in-house seminars which are free to attend. Carefully selected guest speakers will share their knowledge at each of our themed monthly meet ups, where you will hear from a range of industry experts on topics specific to the Tech sector, whether you are a fledgling start-up or a more established company.
We also offer a free-to-download start-up pack which contains standard basic legal documents that will assist you in setting up your business. Our start-up pack aims to provide you with support and guidance towards essential business issues such as protecting your ideas, securing funding from investors, hiring employees and putting in place a shareholders’/founders’ agreement. As well as providing the essential legal documents in standard form, we are happy to provide the accompanying explanatory notes on request*. For more information, please visit our Support and Services page.

*Please note that explanatory notes will only be available upon request. It is also important to note that the standard legal documents only offer a general overview of legal issues that may be relevant to start-ups. The documents are not exhaustive and shall require further comprehensive legal advice to adapt to each company accordingly. We strongly recommend that you seek legal advice before using any of the standard legal documents in the start-up pack.
