Sonia Nijjar joins our Residential Conveyancing Team
Victoria Harnett joins our Commercial Property Team
We are delighted to announce the appointment of Mandy Cheung as a solicitor in our residential conveyancing team.
Mandy undertakes a range of residential property transactions including the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and lease extensions. She also has expertise in solely acting for lenders in cases where borrowers are separately represented. Mandy is experienced in acting for first-time buyers, buy-to-let investors, high-net-worth clients and financial institutions. She is always committed to providing a seamless service to her clients.
Mandy gained significant legal experience working for both national and international law firms based in London and Singapore.
We are delighted to announce that Fanjin Feng has joined DKLM as a paralegal. Fanjin will work closely with Senior Associate, Fei Yang, in the immigration team. Fanjin studied International Financial Law at Manchester University and also has a first class batchelor of Laws degree from Tongji University in Shanghai.
Adam Keeble is promoted to Senior Associate (Commercial Property)
Adam specialises in all types of commercial property transactions from the acquisition of retail, office and industrial units, to golf courses and football clubs. He has particular strengths in negotiating and dealing with the grant, variation and assignment of commercial leases. Adam also undertakes residential conveyancing transactions dealing with the sale, purchase and remortgage of both freehold and leasehold properties.

The Partners of DKLM are delighted to announce that Sharon Lai has been promoted to Senior Associate Solicitor (Commercial Property)
Sharon has considerable experience in both commercial property and residential conveyancing transactions. Sharon frequently deals with drafting and negotiating of new leases, deeds of variations, deeds of surrender, licence for alterations, security deeds. She also deals with the assignment of businesses, powers of attorney, declarations of trust and statutory declarations together with refinancing and planning applications (including certificates of lawful use).
Sharon is a British-born Chinese with a passion for the Chinese language and Chinese culture. She is fluent in both the Cantonese and Mandarin.
The Partners of DKLM are delighted to announce that Fei Yang has been promoted to Senior Associate Solicitor and Head of China development (Immigration)
Fei has over 8 years’ experience in both private and business immigration law. Prior to joining DKLM, Fei was a consultant for the England Northwest Regional Development Agency focusing on Chinese inward investment.
Fei has extensive expertise in sponsor licence applications and all categories of applications under the Points Based System. This includes providing strategic advice to world leading banks and private companies. She is also experienced in assisting visitors, sole representatives and EEA family permits applications, and has particular expertise in advising high-net worth individuals on Tier 1 (Investor) and Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) applications predominately from China.
Appointment of Preena Shah as a Trainee Solicitor
The Partners of DKLM are delighted to announce that Preena Shah has commenced her training contract with the firm. Preena had previously been a paralegal in the firm for 13 months prior to the commencement of her training contract.
Suzanne Low joins our Residential Conveyancing Team
The Partners of DKLM are delighted to announce the appointment of Suzanne Low, who has joined our residential conveyancing team. Suzanne has vast experience in handling both residential (including new build) and commercial property matters. She has acted for both Lender and individual clients based in the UK and overseas, her work includes sales & purchases, lease extensions, re-mortgages, transfer of equity and grant and assign of commercial leases.
Mohi Uddin joins our Commercial Property Team
The Partners of DKLM are delighted to announce the appointment of Mohi Uddin, who has joined as a solicitor in our commercial property team. Mohi has been involved with property work since 2002 working in house and with legal 500 law firms.
