Working closely with our experienced corporate team we advise our clients on each stage of growth from inception, investment to sale. We assist with matters that engage the TUPE regulations, including change of service provisions.

We often advise on complex and high value employment disputes, and robustly defend claims against our clients. We seek to resolve disputes by the most appropriate method whether via litigation in the employment tribunal or employment appeal tribunal; or via negotiation or mediation.

We also help international businesses expand to the UK. We assist with drawing up the necessary contracts of employment and HR policies to ensure that your business meets the stringent requirements. We work with our Corporate Team and our Commercial Property Team to help your business every step of the way.
