Promotions and Additions to the DKLM Team

We are pleased to announce a number of important and well deserved promotions and new team members as follows:

Rupika Dawda - Commercial Property

Rupika has been promoted to equity partner.  It is particularly pleasing for the Partners to see someone who started with the firm as a paralegal progressing from trainee to associate, then senior associate and now to full equity partnership.

Rupika consistently performed at a very high standard and has shown she has the necessary technical, management and business development skills to be a successful partner.

Mohi Uddin - Commercial Property

Mohi joined us as an associate in October 2014  and became a partner in June 2018 and has been promoted to equity partner. Mohi has also consistently performed at a very high standard and has shown he has the necessary skills to be a successful equity partner and drive the business forward.

Michael Adamson - Property Litigation

Michael joined the firm as a Senior Associate in January 2018. After three successful years as Head of the Property Litigation department, Michael has now been appointed as a partner and his promotion will enhance his department and the practice as a whole.

Sandeep Lakhani - Head of Residential Property

Sandeep joined us in January as a Partner and Head of Residential Property having joined us from his former firm. He has over 30 years experience of undertaking all aspects of residential conveyancing and heading this department. His appointment strengthens and builds upon the existing department.

Sharon Lai -  Commercial Property

Sharon has now returned from maternity leave and is eagerly looking forward to resuming her partnership role, to reacquainting herself with her clients and building on her solid foundations.

Laura Reeves - Commercial Litigation

Laura joins the firm as an Assistant Solicitor in the Commercial Litigation department undertaking a broad range of dispute related matters, with particular emphasis on insolvency. She is a welcome addition to the Department to assist in its  growth and development.
