Sandeep Lakhani

Sandeep is Head of Residential Property at DKLM.

With well over 25 years’ experience, Sandeep is expert in dealing with residential property matters including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties; lease extensions including negotiating and drafting of leases; refinances to include refinances of portfolio properties; Help to Buy; buy to lets for investment clients; licences for alterations and deeds of variation.

Sandeep has assisted developers in setting up the site documents and dealing with their sales, as well as high value refinances.

Having previously been a Director and Head of Residential Property at a prominent North West London firm, Sandeep heads the Residential Property Team at DKLM. He acts for a wide variety of clients including numerous clients from overseas including Australia, UAE, East Africa, India, Canada and USA . He is very committed to his clients and his ethos is to ensure that they obtain an excellent service. As a result, he gets substantial work as a result of recommendations. Sandeep is fluent in Gujarati and also speaks Hindi and some Swahili.

Outside of work, Sandeep enjoys golf and badminton, as well as spending time with his family.
