Philip Li

Philip qualified as a solicitor in 1994 and is one of the four founding partners. He is devoted to his work and can be relied upon to “get the deal done”.

He deals with all aspects of non-contentious commercial and residential property matters and particularly specialises in the acquisition and sale of all types of businesses which include public houses, clubs, convenience stores, restaurants/hot food premises, post offices, petrol stations, pharmacies, retail shops, warehouses, industrial units, residential and nursing care homes. He is also experienced in the purchase and sale of both commercial and residential portfolio investments, site acquisitions for development and new build off plan purchases.

He is responsible for setting up DKLM’s Licensing Department and deals with all aspects of licensing work involving the application for the grant of new premises licences, transfers and variations.

Philip has extensive links with the Chinese community in London and is an active member of numerous associations raising funds to support local charities including the London Chinatown Lions Club. He is responsible for the development of Chinese connections in Hong Kong, Shanghai and Beijing.

He enjoys travelling to Hong Kong and China when the opportunity arises. He is a keen golfer and plays for the Chiswick Hockey Team.
