COVID-19 Update

As I am writing this message I am conscious of the ever changing environment within which we find ourselves, government imposed restrictions are thankfully being lifted gradually and the world seems to be making some tentative steps towards some level of normality. Confidence is growing in many industries whilst our individual safety and welfare remain at the forefront of everyone’s minds.

We find ourselves able to return to retail outlets, prospective new homes and most importantly our friends and families. The green shoots of recovery are starting to appear in many sectors not least the property market. We also face the prospect of returning to office environments at some point in the future. I am pleased to say that here at DKLM we have utilised our resources to enable our staff to work remotely and I am proud to say that the service we have been able to provide has remained at the highest level despite the difficulties of our offices being closed. As with everyone we have had to adapt, and I am pleased this adaptation has been for the most part smooth and certainly has not affected the service to our clients. This is due both to our robust systems of operation and the professionalism and dedication of my colleagues who continue to put the needs of our clients above all else.

As life slowly returns to the new “normal” we continue to operate across all areas of law within which we Practice and all of my colleagues are here to support clients existing and new alike with their individual matters. Our doors may be shut we are still open; we remain at the end of the phone or the other end of an email. We have embraced the new way of working and are able to offer clients enhanced services including virtual meetings. We will shortly be commencing a range of virtual drop in clinics for new and returning clients to discuss their particular matters with senior staff members. These initial drop in clinics are offered at no cost. The first of these clinics will focus on our Property Litigation but others will follow.

As I mentioned previously our doors may be shut be we are still very much open for business and are confident we will be for many years to come. I invite you to click our footnotes below. These will be updated periodically.

My colleagues and I look forward to welcoming you to DKLM and meeting you soon.
