It gives us great pleasure to announce that Kushal Morzeria has been promoted to the role of Senior Associate in our Commercial Property team. This is in recognition of Kushal's diligence, commitment and consistent hard work, and is very much deserved.
Kushal trained at DKLM before qualifying with us in 2018. Kushal's practice areas include acting for investors on the acquisition of commercial property, acting for landlords and tenants on the grant and assignment of commercial leases and acting for finance lenders and borrowers on the finance of property portfolios.
