Kushal Morzeria

Associate Solicitor

Kushal is an Associate Solicitor in the Commercial and Residential Property teams.

Kushal graduated from Oxford Brookes University with an LL.B degree and studied the Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School in Holborn. Kushal started as a paralegal at DKLM and trained with the firm before qualifying as a solicitor in 2018.

His work includes acting for investors on the acquisition of commercial property, acting for landlords and tenants on the grant and assignment of commercial leases and acting for finance lenders and borrowers on the finance of property portfolios.

Kushal also undertakes freehold and leasehold residential property conveyancing including the purchase, sale and re-mortgage of properties and enjoys guiding for first time purchasers through their purchase.

With a particular interest in the fast-paced tech world, Kushal jointly co-ordinates DKLM’s #TechLawHub which engages with founders of start-ups, investors and influencers. #TechLawHub hosts regular meet ups.

Kushal is a member of the London Young Lawyers Group and the London Young Professionals Network.

Outside of work, Kushal is a qualified badminton coach having previously played at county level, is a keen cook and can often be found at The Ned, where he is a member.
