Jeremy Kleinfeld, our Managing Partner, recently travelled to Hong Kong and China, and met with law firms there to strengthen our existing ties and attract new business, including Zhonglun W&D in their Shenzhen, Beijing and Shanghai offices.
Jeremy spoke to the local media on issues ranging from cross-border acquisitions to e-cigarette regulation. There was evidently particular media interest as to how Brexit would affect regulatory requirements for overseas companies and Jeremy answered questions on this subject.
