Jeremy Kleinfeld

Jeremy qualified as a solicitor in 1980. He is the Managing Partner of DKLM and also the firm’s Finance Partner.

Jeremy is the chairman and a founding member of the Global Legal Alliance, a global legal service alliance and an international platform for legal professionals, which aims to develop into a public platform where global legal service providers are able to network, communicate, and cooperate with each other.

He is an experienced and formidable litigator acting for both claimants and defendants in the UK and worldwide be they individuals or companies, in a wide range of disputes.

Jeremy is proactive and strives to offer a solution based commercial litigation service, with a keen eye towards ensuring that any resolution is financially prudent. His skill is to identify the client’s objective and to “look outside the box” in order to achieve the desired outcome.

As a CEDR accredited mediator he is also keen to explore alternative means of resolving disputes without resorting to court proceedings.

His company commercial expertise includes company acquisitions, disposals and mergers, drafting and negotiating share purchase, shareholders and director’s agreements, drafting and negotiating of business contracts of all descriptions. Jeremy works closely with our associated offices in China.

His insolvency experience extends to advising and assisting on all aspects of personal insolvency related work including bankruptcy and individual voluntary arrangements and insolvency recovery action.

An early bird, Jeremy is always the first to the office every morning, cycling in everyday regardless of the weather. He is married with 3 children and listens to jazz in order to relax.
