Jeremy led DKLM as Managing Partner and is now a consultant to the firm. 

Jeremy has practised for over 44 years as an experienced and formidable litigator, having acted for both claimants and defendants in the UK and worldwide, be they individuals or companies, in a wide range of disputes.

Jeremy is proactive and strives to offer a solution based commercial litigation service, with a keen eye towards ensuring that any resolution is financially prudent. His skill is to identify the client’s objective and to “look outside the box” in order to achieve the desired outcome.

As a CEDR accredited mediator he is also keen to explore alternative means of resolving disputes without resorting to court proceedings.

His company commercial expertise includes company acquisitions, disposals and mergers, drafting and negotiating share purchase, shareholders and director’s agreements, drafting and negotiating of business contracts of all descriptions.

His insolvency experience extends to advising and assisting on all aspects of personal insolvency related work including bankruptcy and individual voluntary arrangements and insolvency recovery action.

Jeremy was the firm's Managing Partner for over 4 years and led the firm's continued growth notwithstanding the COVID pandemic. 

As a consultant, he will assist the Partners in the continued growth of the firm and hopes to use his many years of experience in guiding the firm forward. In particular, Jeremy has an extensive network of clients and contacts worldwide, and is a keen advocate of continuing to develop this side of the practice. 

An early bird, Jeremy is always the first to the office every morning, cycling in everyday regardless of the weather. He is married with 3 children and listens to jazz in order to relax.
