Ting Lok

Ting joined DKLM in June 2022 and is an Associate Solicitor within the Property Department. 

Having graduated from the University of Kingston and completed her Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in Bloomsbury, Ting carried out her training at a firm in Central London before qualifying as a Solicitor in August 2017. 

Ting went on to widen her experience at a firm based in Mayfair where she dealt with all aspects of residential and commercial property work. She has experience working with a wide range of clients including overseas investors, dealing with high-net-worth transactions and helping clients build their property portfolio. 

Whilst working in-house with a property auction company, Ting gained extensive knowledge in dealing with auction properties and advising clients on any potential red flags, prior to them making a bid.

Ting is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. 

In her spare time, Ting enjoys exercising, travelling and good food.
