Heman Shuk Yee Yiu

Heman is a Solicitor in the Corporate and Commercial Department at DKLM.

Heman qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2023, after successfully passing her solicitors qualifying exam. She was also admitted as a solicitor of the High Court in Hong Kong in 2016. Heman graduated with a LLB degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2013 and obtained her Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from the same university in 2014.

Having worked in the Hong Kong branch of a top-tier law firm in China, Heman gained extensive experience working in the corporate and commercial department at a well-established law firm in Hong Kong. She has acted for a wide range of private companies and listed corporations in their domestic and cross-border transactions.

Heman is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

In her spare time, Heman enjoys life drawing and travelling.
