Seleena Nadkarni

Seleena is a Senior Associate in the Commercial Property Team at DKLM.

Having graduated with a law degree from the University of Birmingham, Seleena trained at a City firm, qualifying in 2002.  She has subsequently worked in City firms (with enjoyable stints in Edinburgh and Enfield) and has been involved in a variety of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, lettings (acting for both landlords and occupiers), property management and secured lending. 

Seleena has worked for a range of clients – including pension funds, private investors, dental corporates, lenders, property developers, strategic land planners and occupiers from a range of industries and sectors – and is regarded as a “safe pair of hands” by colleagues and clients alike.

In her spare time (when she’s not acting as “taxi-mum”), Seleena enjoys cooking, karaoke, quizzing and playing badminton (all with varying degrees of success).
