Meadya Haji

Meadya is an Associate Solicitor in the Secured Lending team at DKLM. 

Having graduated from Middlesex University, Meadya then completed her legal studies at The College of Law (now The University of Law) in London. Meadya qualified as a solicitor in 2017 with Johal & Co. She joined DKLM in 2024, after working at Spector Constant & Williams since 2019. 

Meadya has broad experience in all types of real estate transactions acting for banks, developers, investors, landlords, and high net-worth individuals in connection with residential and commercial acquisitions, disposals, and developments. Meadya's range of experience encompasses acting in secured lending and development finance transactions, acting for both borrowers and banks/private lenders.

Meadya has great attention to detail and a proactive and commercial approach to situations, which allows her to offer a personalised and valued service to her clients, which is very much appreciated by them.
