Fei Yang

Head of immigration and China development

Fei has over 8 years’ experience in both private and business immigration law. Prior to joining DKLM, Fei was a consultant for the England Northwest Regional Development Agency focusing on Chinese inward investment.

She completed her training at a City law firm and gained experience in corporate, commercial, property and immigration law. Fei has a bachelor’s degree in Chinese Law and a LLM in International Commercial Law.
She has successfully assisted numerous multi-national companies and individual clients in establishing and expanding their businesses in the UK.

Fei has extensive expertise in sponsor licence applications and all categories of applications under the Points Based System. This includes providing strategic advice to world leading banks and private companies. She is also experienced in assisting visitors, sole representatives and EEA family permits applications, and has particular expertise in advising high-net worth individuals on Tier 1 (Investor) and Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) applications predominately from China.

Fei successfully organized “Destination UK”, an inward investment event in Beijing supported by UK Trade & Investment (UKTI) and London & Partners. She also organized the “Launch Your Dreams” event for entrepreneurs at SOAS (University of London) which received the High Impact award from Global Entrepreneurship Week. In addition, Fei has worked closely with the UK and Chinese authorities and has been involved in numerous cross-border transactions and assisted on both inbound and outbound investment projects relating to the Far East.

A native Mandarin speaker, Fei also speaks English fluently.
