DKLM are pleased to announce that the firm has been reaccredited under the Law Society Conveyancing Quality Scheme.
The Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) is designed to validate a firm's expertise in residential conveyancing and demonstrates that we can provide residential conveyancing advice of the level expected by clients, lenders and the wider residential conveyancing community.
The CQS accreditation provides firms with greater access to lender panels, with accreditation a prerequisite for lenders panels including Nationwide, Metro Bank, Santander, Yorkshire Bank and Clydesdale Bank.
