Tracy qualified as a solicitor in 2005. She is well respected and known within the Chinese community and is fluent in Cantonese.
She specialises in non-contentious commercial property transactions involving the acquisition, sale or remortgage of freehold and leasehold properties including retail units, warehouses, hot food takeaways, restaurants, clubs, bars, offices and land for development. She has experience in negotiating the grant, assignment and renewal of leases as well as lease extensions and variations.
Tracy is also well versed in dealing with the purchase and sale of residential properties including off plan and new build properties acting for private buyers, investors and institutions.
She has experience in dealing with premises licences for businesses whether it be an application for a new premises licence, variations to the layout or conditions, or a simple transfer of licence holder. She can also assist with applications for individuals in obtaining a Personal Licence from their local authority.
Tracy is also a qualified Notary Public having completed a two year postgraduate diploma with the University of Cambridge. Her services includes the drawing up of documents, attestation of signatures, authentication or certification of documents which have an international element and are to be used overseas.
In her spare time, Tracy enjoys taking trips to the theatre, skiing and travelling.
