Since qualifying as a solicitor in 2006, Sharon has gained extensive experience in both residential conveyancing and commercial property transactions and was promoted to the Head of the Conveyancing Department in the London office of her previous firm.
Sharon’s experience extends to a diverse range of business transactions including handling client investments in restaurants, public houses, hot food takeaways, medicine centres, retail shops, offices, warehouses, hair salons and new build properties. She has also valuable experience in the drafting of Power of Attorneys, Declaration of Trusts and Statutory Declarations together with re financing and planning applications including applying for Certificate of Lawful Use.
With a predominantly Chinese/Oriental client base and a dedicated work ethic, Sharon has become well known and respected in the Chinese community. Although Sharon is a British Born Chinese she has a strong appreciation for her Chinese roots and a passion for the Chinese language and culture. For that reason Sharon is fluent in both the Cantonese and Mandarin dialects and continues to relish its usage on a day-to-day basis and can truly provide a personal service.
Outside the office Sharon enjoys a refreshing swim and watching atmospheric theatrical and musical productions. Sharon also has a keen interest in reading classical novels from her fondness of the English language making moments in the local coffee shop never just an aromatic stimulation.
