Mulraj Jethwa

Mulraj studied law at the LSE. He qualified as a solicitor in 1980. At one time he had his own practice but decided that he could expand his career by joining with others. He is a senior solicitor with a wealth of experience in property work.

He joined DKLM in June 2007. He has a wide knowledge of all aspects of legal work with particular emphasis on property related matters including Charity Law.  Mulraj specialises in residential and commercial property acquisitions and sales and has in depth expertise in drafting and negotiating commercial documents especially leases. His expertise extends to lease renewals and rent reviews. He also has experience in drafting wills and dealing in probate matters as well as applications for transfers and variation of premises licences and applications for personal licences.

He enjoys cricket and socialising. He also enjoys playing the piano with his daughter.
