Conveyancing Executive
Paul graduated from the University of Kent having studied law.
He has spent several years working for Law firms in Kent and prior to joining DKLM , was a team manager supervising and overseeing a team dealing with all aspects of residential conveyancing.
Paul joins the residential conveyancing department at DKLM and works closely with Stuart Kaye to provide a bespoke and highly personal service to the firm’s clients.
His expertise includes the purchase and sale of both freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and new build developments.
Paul acts for both first time buyers as well as seasoned investors. In providing his legal services, he will adopt and tailor his approach to the specific needs for each client fully appreciating at all times that buying and selling a property can be a stressful process.
Outside work Paul is a season ticket holder at Gillingham FC and can be found playing football for his local Sunday football team.
