Jeremy Kleinfeld

Jeremy is the Senior Partner of the firm and also the Finance Partner.

He qualified as a solicitor in 1980. He is an experienced and formidable litigator acting for both claimants and defendants, be they individuals or companies in a wide range of disputes. Jeremy is extremely proactive and strives to offer a solution based service, with a keen eye towards ensuring that any resolution is financially prudent. His skill is to identify the client’s objective and to “look outside the box” in order to achieve the desired outcome.

As a CEDR accredited mediator he is also keen to explore alternative means of resolving disputes without resorting to court proceedings.

His company commercial expertise includes company acquisitions, disposals and mergers, drafting and negotiating share purchase, shareholders and director’s agreements, drafting and negotiating of business contracts of all descriptions.

His insolvency experience extends to advising and assisting on all aspects of personal insolvency related work including bankruptcy and individual voluntary arrangements and insolvency recovery action.

Jeremy is an early bird and is always the first to the office every morning. He is married with 3 children and listens to jazz in order to relax.
