Julian Cox is a Partner and heads the firm’s Employment and Business Immigration business unit.
Julian has over twelve years experience as an employment law specialist gained both in house and private practice. On qualification he worked for a number of years as a solicitor and senior legal manager for a FTSE Top 100 Organisation before returning to private practice in 2001 with a leading City based law firm.
Julian’s employment practice covers all aspects of employment law, both contentious and non-contentious. He works closely with our corporate and commercial lawyers providing employment advice on all types of M & A and transactional work. He has also developed a specialisation in recent years acting for the road transport industry in both the freight and passenger transport sectors.
In recent years Julian has also developed a specialist business immigration practice. He assists companies and individuals on all aspects of business immigration law and prides himself in delivering bespoke solutions in a prompt and user friendly manner. He advises on the full spectrum of inward to the UK business immigration issues. He provides comprehensive Compliance and Risk Management guidance enabling clients to absorb the many changes without interrupting their global business.
Julian lectures both externally and at DKLM Seminars. He provides in-house employment training to several trade organisations and household name clients. He also writes for various trade publications on topical employment law and immigration issues.
