Wills and Probate Consultant
Arabella acts as a consultant for DKLM in the fields of wills, probate and inheritance tax planning, with which she has been connected for nearly 20 years.
She is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives, a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and a member of the Association of Taxation Technicians.
As well as the preparation of wills and obtaining grants of probate she has experience in related tax planning including general trust advice and also undertakes Court of Protection work; the administration of the affairs of elderly clients and the preparation and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney.
