Adam graduated from the University of Southampton and qualified as a solicitor in 2005.
Adam specialises in all aspects of commercial property transactions from the acquisition of retail warehouse and industrial units to office and shop lettings.
He is also experienced in purchasing and selling businesses and has particular strengths in negotiating and dealing with the grant, variation and assignment of commercial leases.
Adam also undertakes residential conveyancing transactions dealing with the sale, purchase and remortgage of both freehold and leasehold properties.
He is a team player and will often work with, and assist, the senior partners on the more complex and larger scale transactions.
In his spare time, Adam’s interests include football and cricket.
